Brentwood Kitchen was founded with the idea of providing creatively designed and elegant contemporary products for your home. We have been a part of the housewares business for over 10 years, and are now introducing our products to the web, hoping to bring a little piece of heaven to many undiscovered homes.

We hand select our products to deliever the most unique and stylish accents for your kitchen and home. Many of the products we feature on our site, have been featured in major publications such as Home Accents Today, Better Homes and Garden, and Oprah At Home or on TV Shows, such as Lipstick Jungle. We hope that you enjoy our selection.

Shipping Policy:
Brentwood Kitchen offers standard ground and rush delivery service via USPS and Fedex for most shipments.

Standard Ground Shipping:
Orders are sent out within 48-72 hours of your order being placed and upon confirmation of the item in stock. Orders arrive within 5-10 business days (excluding holidays), for orders in the continental United States, when places Monday through Friday before 5 p.m. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii arrive in 7-10 business days.

Rush Delivery:
Orders arrive in 2-4 business days (excluding holidays) when orders are received by 5 p.m. PST Monday through Friday. Items over 15 pounds may incur an additional charge for Rush. Customer Care will contact you if this is the case. No charges will be added without your approval.

Delivery Charges
Standard Ground Shipping charges start at $7.95 for purchases made under $55, $13.95 for purchases up to $100, and $20 for purchases up to and over $200, for delivery to one address in the 48 contiguous states. $15 additional fee, for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii.

Return Policy:
If you receive a product that is damaged, we will gladly provide you with a replacement within 15 days. We accept any returns and exchanges if you are unhappy with your product within 15 days of purchase. Please contact us for a Return Form and accompany it with the original shipment and indicate the reason for return.

We can;

1)Refund your credit card used for the purchase
2)Send a replacement if product is damaged or
3) Issue a merchandise credit

Please return items in the original package and retain mailing receipt with a copy of the return form for your reference.
